Upload Evidence

Over Wireless Connection

To initiate Upload, move your vehicle within the wireless coverage area of the station.
Depending on your agency preferences, Upload starts automatically or only after you reply to an
on-screen prompt.
When upload is in progress, the UPLOAD Indicator on the front panel of the MVX1000 turns green. When
Upload is completed, the UPLOAD Indicator turns off and/or a prompt is displayed on the screen.
The wired or wireless upload progress is also indicated by the
user interface screen, on both the LCD Control Head and the workstation or laptop.

Over Wire Connection

Park the vehicle near the docking station in such a way that the MVX1000 can be accessed by the cable
coming from the docking station.
Connect the cable to the socket of the LAN extension cable located inside the vehicle.
Once the docking station senses the cable connection, the UPLOAD Indicator on the front panel of the
MVX1000 turns Green.
Depending on your agency preferences, Upload starts automatically or only after you reply to an
on-screen prompt
Wait a few seconds for the UPLOAD Indicator to turn on (indicating upload in progress). When upload is
completed, the UPLOAD Indicator turns off and/or a prompt is displayed on the screen. Disconnect and
remove the cable from the vehicle.
