The Upload Indicator turns on when MVX1000 establishes connection with a back
office system.
The Ready Indicator turns on after system boot-up is completed indicating that
the MVX1000 is ready for use. The indicator also turns off for a brief period after
upload operation indicating system reboot.
The Stream Indicator shows that the MVX1000 Unit is currently streaming
real-time video through a wireless broadband uplink to Motorola's Real-time
Video Intelligence (RTVI) system.
The MVX1000 does not include the required RTVI Streaming Source
NOTE
Software, broadband service or uplink facilities, that would procured
separately as part of the RTVI Solution. MVX1000 units shipped prior to
release R1.1 require a software upgrade to R1.1 or later to enable this
feature.
Service port for maintenance purposes only. The port is covered by a rubber seal.
The Solid-State Drive (SSD) Compartment is secured behind a key-locked door.
To open or close the door, the supplied key is required. When the Door is open
the MVX1000 automatically turns to suspend mode.
The SSD compartment comprises the following items:
• Solid State Drive
• Power Button
• OK TO REMOVE Indicator
Removing the SSD is a future MVX1000 Unit feature that should not
IMPORTANT
be practiced unless directly instructed by your agency.
The OK TO REMOVE Indicator illuminates green to indicate that the SSD is ready to be
removed.
Never remove the SSD before the OK TO REMOVE indicator illuminates green.
CAUTION
Removing the SSD before the indicator turns to green may damage the recorded
information on the SSD.
The Power Button is used to turn On/Off the MVX1000. To turn on the MVX1000,
press and hold the Power Button for one to two seconds and release. To
gracefully turn off the MVX1000, hold the button pressed for one to two seconds.
To force shutdown, press and hold the Power Button for more than six seconds.
The SSD is a removable memory device of either 32GB or 64GB. The SSD holds
up to 64 hours of video incidents and metadata information (see
Specifications).
