13. Install the DIMMS.
14. Install the PCI riser modules.
15. Install the power riser.
16. Install the riser cross bracket.
17. Install the HPE Smart Array P542D controller module.
18. Install the expansion board.
19. Connect all cables disconnected from the PCI riser modules and the failed system board.
20. Install the drive cage assembly.
21. Connect all cables to the drive backplane.
22. Install all GPUs and GPU blanks.
23. Install the side panels.
24. Install the air baffle.
25. If the 4:1 riser cable signal or Smart Storage Battery are installed in the air baffle, reconnect the
cable to the risers. For more information, see "Cabling (Storage cabling)".
26. Install the access panel.
27. Install the server into the chassis.
28. Connect all peripheral cables to the server .
29. Press the Power On/Standby button.
The server exits standby mode and applies full power to the system. The system power LED
changes from amber to green.
