6. Remove the access panel.
7. Remove the air baffle.
IMPORTANT:
Remove all GPUs, GPU blanks, and expansion boards before removing the PCI riser modules.
8. Remove the side panel.
9. Remove all GPUs.
10. Remove all GPU blanks.
11. Remove the drive cage assembly.
12. Remove all expansion boards.
13. If installed, remove the HPE Smart Array P542D controller module.
14. If replacing the left or right 8:1 PCI riser module disconnect and remove the 8:1 riser sideband cable.
15. Disconnect the power cables from the riser modules.
