The trouble shooting information table below gives details on probable causes and
remedies should difficulties be encountered whilst the shower is in operation.
Warning! There are no user serviceable components beneath the cover of the
appliance. Only a competent tradesperson should remove the front cover!

Probable Cause
I n c o m i n g w a t e r i s
warmer in the summer,
so the shower heater
setting is too high.
Handset blocked.

T h e d i a p h r a g m i s
damaged.
The power is off at the
double pole switch.
The incoming water
supply stop valves, or
the appliance isolating
valve, is closed.
Handset blocked.
The fuse is blown or the
MCB/RCD has been
tripped, indicating a
possible electrical fault.

Possible Remedy
Turn heater control to
m e d i u m a n d a d j u s t
temperature control until
the desired temperature
is achieved.
Remove and clean.
Remove and clean. If
fault persists, contact
the shower installer.
Contact shower installer
to replace the flow valve
assembly.
Switch on the power at
the double pole switch.
Open the stop/isolating
valve fully.
Remove and clean. For
sprayplate cleaning,
refer to the handset
manual.
Renew the fuse or reset
the MCB/RCD. If the
fault persists, contact
the shower installer.
