Fault Diagnosis

The trouble shooting information tabled below gives details on probable causes and
remedies should difficulties be encountered whilst the shower is in operation.
Warning! There are no user serviceable components beneath the cover of the
appliance. Only a competent tradesperson should remove the front cover!

below minimum
required for the
appliance to
operate.
Faulty Relay PCB.

Temperature limit

Probable Remedy
Switch on electrical
supply via the
pullcord or wall
mounted switch.
Renew the fuse or
reset the MCB/RCD.
If fault persists,
contact your
installer.
Replace Relay PCB.
Replace Control
PCB.
Remove and clean.
Remove and clean.
Make sure incoming
mains water
stopcock and/or
appliance isolating
valve is fully turned
on.
Replace Relay PCB.
Replace Inlet Valve
Assembly.
Turn the
temperature control
down or reduce
heater setting to
Medium until a
cooler temperature
is achieved.
