Probable Cause
One of the heater tank
elements has failed.

diaphragm fault. Water
dripping from the unit.
The Flow Regulator is
faulty.
T h e H a n d s e t
blocked.
Handset blocked.
The incoming water
supply stop valves, or
the appliance isolating
valve, is closed.
Insufficient mains water
pressure.
T h e h e a t e r t a n k i s
excessively scaled.
The pilot valve is faulty.
Inlet filter blocked.
The power is off at the
double pole switch.
The fuse is blown or the
MCB/RCD has been
tripped, indicating a
possible electrical fault.
For example, heater
tank element failure.

Possible Remedy
Replace the heater
tank.
Replace the switch
assembly.
R e p l a c e t h e f l o w
regulator.
i s Remove and clean. If
fault persists, contact
Customer Services.
Remove and clean.
Open the stop/isolating
valve fully.
Check the integrity of the
internal wiring.
Replace the heater
tank.
Replace.
Clean or renew. See
"Maintenance" section.
Switch on the power at
the double pole switch.
Renew the fuse or reset
the MCB/RCD. Replace
the heater tank.
