Description/Purpose
Enable or disable SATA Device.
Enable or disable SATA Test Mode.
Gen1 mode sets the device to 1.5 Gbit/s speed.
Gen2 mode sets the device to 3 Gbit/s speed
(in case it is compatible).
SATA ODD is Port0 or Port1
