LINE key indicator
On green when a phone
line is in use.
Flashes slowly when a
phone line is on hold.
Flashes rapidly when
there is an incoming call.
On when line 1, line 2, line 3, or line 4 is in use.

Ringer off - the telephone base ringer is off.
-Mute Microphone is muted.
-Priv Call privacy is on.
COVM There are new voicemail (on a phone line LINE x
below the icon) from the local telephone provider.

ANSWER ON indicator
On red when the answering
system is on and ready to
receive calls.
You are pressing the VOL+ or VOL- when
the volume is already at its highest or lowest
setting.
A transferred call has not been answered within
every 30 seconds.
A call is put on hold for more than six minutes
and the Hold reminder is activated.
