3. Select the registered box under Conditional Save/Forward.
4. Tap Enable.
5. Tap .
6. Check the conditions.
7. Tap the box under Email Notifications.
8. Enable the following options as necessary.
Note:
The following options can be selected at the same time.
❏ Notify on Receive: send email to the recipient when the printer has finished receiving the fax.
❏ Notify on Save: send email to the recipient when the printer has finished saving the received document to
the memory device.
❏ Notify on Forward: send email to the recipient when the printer has finished forwarding the received fax.
❏ Notify on Print: send email to the recipient when the printer has finished printing the received fax.
9. Tap the box under Recipient.
10. Select a recipient from the contacts list.
Note:
You can specify one recipient only. Tap the check mark to select the recipient. Tap the mark again to clear the selection.
11. When you have finished selecting the recipient, tap Close.
