7. Select Save/Forward Settings, Unconditional Save/Forward, Save to Computer, and then select Yes and
Print.
Note:
To stop saving received document on the computer, set Save to Computer to No. You can also use FAX Utility to change
the setting, however, changing from FAX Utility is not allowed while there are received faxes that have not been saved
on the computer.

Forwarding Received Faxes (Unconditional Save/Forward)
You can set to forward received documents to another fax machine, or convert the documents into PDF format
and forward them to a shared folder on a network or to an email address. Forwarded documents are deleted from
the printer. First register the forwarding destinations to the contacts list. To forward to an email address, you also
need to configure the email server settings.
Note:
❏ Color documents cannot be forwarded to another fax machine. They are processed as documents that failed to be
forwarded.
❏ Before you use this feature, make sure the printer's Date/Time and Time Difference settings are correct. Access the menus
from Settings > General Settings > Basic Settings > Date/Time Settings.
1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
2. Tap General Settings > Fax Settings > Receive Settings > Save/Forward Settings > Unconditional Save/
Forward.
If a message is displayed, check the content, and then tap OK.
3. Tap Forward.
4. Select Yes.
Note:
To print the documents automatically while forwarding them, select Yes and Print.
5. Tap Add Entry.
6. Select forwarding destinations from the contacts list.
Note:
You can specify up to five forwarding destinations. Tap the check mark to select the destination. Tap the mark again to
cancel the selection.
7. When you have finished selecting forwarding destinations, tap Close.
8. Check that the forwarding destinations you selected are correct, and then tap OK.
