– Once the download is complete, repeat the process for the setting file labeled
230_GOOSE7 and relay 230. At this point the GOOSE messaging configuration is
complete.
To test the GOOSE messaging first, open the Virtual Input Commands window of
Relay 228 and then under 230's Actual Values branch open the Output Relays window.
