1. Check:
• brake pedal free play a
NOTE:

The end of the brake rod 1 should lightly con-
tact the brake master cylinder 2.
2. Adjust:
• brake pedal free play

a. Loosen the locknut 1.
b. Turn brake rod 2 in or out until the correct

c. Tighten the locknut to specification.
NOTE:
_
Make sure that there is no brake drag on the
front or rear wheels.
