(1) Use
• To set the operating characteristic of each function from software switch depending on what types of printing are normally made.
(2) Procedure
1. Call [SERVICE MODE] to the display.
2. Touch [SYSTEM 2] -> [SOFT SWITCH].
3. Select the Change switch by using the up key/down key, and press the Menu/Select key.
4. Change the bit number by using the up key/down key, and press the Menu/Select key.

3.6.3 MEDIA ADJUSTMENT - FIRST SIDE/SECOND SIDE

(1) Use
• Adjust the 2nd image transfer output (ATVC) on the 1st page and the 2nd page for each paper type.
• To use when the transfer failure at the trailing edge occurs.
(2) Default setting
• Proper value
(3) Setting range
• -8 to +7 (step: 1 *)
*: The 2nd image transfer voltage changes by 5% per 1 step.
(4) Procedure
1. Call [SERVICE MODE] to the display.
2. Select [SYSTEM 2] -> [MEDIA ADJUSTMENT].
3. Select the side of the image (the 1st side or the 2nd side) on which image transfer failure occurs.
4. Select the paper type with the transfer failure.
