PROBLEM
Motor fails to start when trigger
switch and micro switch are
depressed.
Motor runs, but cutting blades do
not move.
Hedge trimmer smokes during
operation.
Motor hums, blades do not move.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Battery is not secure.
2. Battery is not charged.
Hedge trimmer damaged.
Hedge trimmer damaged.
Debris or other material may be
jamming the blades.
SOLUTION
1. To secure the battery pack, make
sure the latches on the top of the
battery pack snap into place.
2. Charge the battery pack according
to the instructions included with your
model.
Do not use hedge trimmer. Call for
technical service.
