To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Remove the upper or lower processor memory drawer or processor memory
drawer blank
1.
Power off the server
2.
Release the latches on the release lever.
3.
Lower the handle, and then extend the processor memory drawer from the server until the
release latches catch.
4.
Firmly holding the processor memory drawer, press the release buttons and then remove the
drawer from the server.
The procedure is the same for the upper and lower processor memory drawers, and the processor
memory drawer blank.
CAUTION:
Failure to cable the XNC will result in the lower processor memory drawer not being recognized
by the server.
