CABLE ROUTING
Frame directly attached clamp

Coolant temperature sensor

Knock sensor coupler

Clamp the coolant

T.O.R.S. lead connector, ignition
coil lead and detonation control
system lead.
S Clamp them in front of the igni-
tion coil lead connector and
T.O.R.S. lead connector.
S All leads should not be routed
constrainedly such as having
too sharp bending.
S Pass the ignition coil lead cou-
pler and T.O.R.S. lead connec-
tor under the inner part of the
bending area of the coolant
hose.
S Point the tip of the clamp to the
downward of the vehicle.
S Do not clamp the coolant tem-
perature sensor lead.

Throttle position sensor coupler

Pass the starter (choke), throttle

and oil pump cables through the
holder of intake silencer.
Clamp the battery band, wire-

harness and harness.
(For model with starter motor)
Clamp the side frame reinforce-
12
ment with the wire harness,
starter relay lead, gear position
switch lead and main harness.
Align the clamp with the position
white tape.
