Sewing test
Use two plies of material to check that the quality of the finished seam and
thread tensions are correct.
1. Close the looper cover. Turn the power on.
2. Check that the upper knife is raised.
3. Lower the presser foot.
4. While holding the thread trailing from the rear of the presser foot by hand,
depress the controller to produce chain-off thread by 6 to 7 cm.
5. Raise the front side of the presser foot with fingers and insert the material
under the presser foot until the upper knife is reached.
6. Start the sewing machine.
7. After the completion of sewing, produce chain-off thread by 5 to 6 cm.
8. Put the chain-off thread over the thread trimming blade for trimming.
* Chain-off thread is stitch-formed thread with no material.

Costura de prueba

Usar dos capas de material para comprobar que la calidad de la costura termi-
nada y la tensión del hilo son correctas.
1. Cierre la tapa de la lanzadera. Encienda la cámara.
2. Compruebe que la cuchilla superior se eleva.
3. Baje el pie prensatela.
4. Mientras sujeta el hilo suelto de la parte trasera del prensatelas a mano, pre-
sione el controlador para producir una cadena de hilo de 6 a 7 cm.
5. Elevar la parte frontal del pie prensatelas con los dedos e inserte el material
debajo del pie prensatelas hasta llegar a la cuchilla superior.
6. Encienda la máquina de coser.
7. Después de terminar la costura, dejar hilo de 5 a 6 cm.
8. Pase el hilo sobre la cuchilla de cortar el hilo para cortar.
* El hilo que sobra es de una puntada formada sin material.

Utiliser 2 épaisseurs de matières afin de vérifier la qualité de la couture finie
ainsi que la tension des fils.
1. fermer le capot du boucleur. Allumer la machine.
2. Controler que le couteau supérieur est en position haute.
3. Abaisser le pied presseur.
4. Pendant que vous tenez le fil à l'arrière du pied presseur, appuyer sur la pé-
dale afin de réaliser une chainette de 6 à 7cm.
5. Soulever l'avant du pied presseur avec les doigts et insérer la matière sous
le pied presseur jusqu'à ce que le couteau supérieur soit atteint.
6. Commencer à coudre.
7. Après l'achèvement de la couture, réaliser une chainette de 6 à 7cm.
8. Couper la chainette à l'aide du couteau prévu à cet effet.
* La chainette est la formation du fil réalisé sans matière.

Usate due strati di tessuto per controllare la qualità della cucitura e che le ten-
sioni dei fili siano corrette.
1. Chiudere il coperchio del crochet. Accendere l'interruttore.
2. Controllare che il coltello superiore sia alzato.
3. Abbassare il piedino.
4. Mentre tenete con la mano il filo che rimane dietro il piedino, premete il pe-
dale per formare un punto catenella di circa 6-7 cm.
5. Alzate la parte anteriore del piedino con le dita e inserite il tessuto sotto il
piedino finchè non viene raggiunto il coltello superiore.
6. Fate partire la macchina.
7. Dopo aver completato la cucitura, continuate a cucire fuori dal tessuto for-
mando una catenella di circa 5-6 cm.
8. Passate la catenella sopra il tagliafilo per tagliarla.
* Il punto catenella è una cucitura formata dal filo senza il tessuto.
