Cutting width

Switch the machine off (Power
switch to "0")
Disconnect machine from electricity
supply.
A
• Raise the upper knife.
• Turn cutting width adjustment dial in the
desired direction.
• Lower upper knife.
1 = 3–5 mm seam width
2 = 4–6 mm seam width
3 = 5–7 mm seam width
4 = 6–8 mm seam width
5 = 7–9 mm seam width
The position of the lower knife determines
the width of the seam.
Reduce the cutting width if the edges of
fine fabric curl up when being sewn (A).
Increase the cutting width if the loops
seem to be too loose (B).

Desconectar la máquina, interrup-
tor principal a „O".
• Subir la cuchilla.

• Girar el botón regulador de la posición
de la cuchilla en la dirección deseada.
• Bajar la cuchilla.
Posición de la cuchilla
1 = ancho de la costura de 3–5 mm
2 = ancho de la costura de 4–6 mm
3 = ancho de la costura de 5–7 mm
4 = ancho de la costura de 6–8 mm
5 = ancho de la costura de 7–9 mm
Si el tejido se enrolla durante la costura,
reducir el ancho de la costura girando el
botón regulador de la posición de la cuchi-
lla hacia 1 (A).
Si el enlace de los hilos parece demasia-
do flojo, aumentar el ancho de la costura
girando el botón regulador de la posición
de la cuchilla hacia 5 (B).

• Relever le couteau.
• Tourner le sélecteur de position du cou-
teau dans la direction souhaitée.
• Abaisser le couteau.
Position du couteau
1 = largeur de couture 3-5 mm
2 = largeur de couture 4-6 mm
3 = largeur de couture 5-7 mm
4 = largeur de couture 6-8 mm
5 = largeur de couture 7-9 mm
Réduire la largeur de couture, si le tissu
s'enroule pendant la couture. Tourner
alors le sélecteur de position du couteau
vers 1 (A).
Augmenter la largeur de couture, si le
nouage apparaît lâche. Tourner alors le
sélecteur de position du couteau vers 5
(B).
Larghezza del taglio

• Alzare il coltello superiore.
• Girare la manopola per la regolazione
del coltello nella direzione desiderata.
• Abbassare il coltello superiore.
Posizione del coltello
1 = Larghezza cucitura tra 3-5 mm
2 = Larghezza cucitura tra 4-6 mm
3 = Larghezza cucitura tra 5-7 mm
4 = Larghezza cucitura tra 6-8 mm
5 = Larghezza cucitura tra 7-9 mm
Ridurre la largheza del taglio, se il margi-
ne della stoffa si arrotola durante il cucito.
Girare la regolazione del coltello verso 1

(A).
Aumentare la larghezza del taglio se la
formazione del punto è troppo lenta (vuo-
ta). Girare la regolazione del coltello verso
5 (B).
