Clutch - Honda 1988 Z50R Service Manual

CLUTCH / GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Install the clutch springs and drive plate, and tighten the screws
in a crisscross pattern in 2-3 steps.
Install the damper springs.
88'-91'
Install the drive gear outer and clutch center.
Install clutch plates A.B. and C, the springs and clu t ch discs as
shown .
NOTE
Make sure the clutch discs are installed correctly as shown.
After '91
Install clutch plates A and B, the clutch free springs and clutch
discs A and S, install the set ring with chamfered side the clutel)
plate B.
At inslallation, install the clutch disc A with the flat surfaces
facing the clutch disc B.
NOTE
Make sure the clutch discs are installed correctly as shown.
