Front Suspension Disassembly/Inspection - Honda 1988 Z50R Service Manual

FRONTWHEEL/ BRAKE / SUSPENSION / STEERING
Remove the fork top bolt and pull the fork leg dawn.
DISASSEMBLY !INSPECTION
Remove the spring pin and disassemble the fork leg.
TOOL :
Pin driver 4 mm

Check each part for wear or damage.
Check the fork tubes and covers for bends.
NOTE
Repair or replace the fork tube if it is bent.
Measure the fQ(k spring free length.
SERVICE LIMIT: 166.6 mm (6.56 in)
