Apply grease to the top ball race and bottom cone race.
Install the steel balls.
Install the steering stem, t op cone race and top thread.
Tighten the lOp thread and then back it out 11 8 turn.
Make sure that there is no vertical movement and the stem ro -
tates smoothly_
