Putting a Call on Hold (Call Appearance Mode)

To hold calls and manage held calls:
1. When you are on an active call, press HOLD.
The Held Call Appearance icon

If a call has been on hold for longer than three minutes, the Deskset reminds you

with a brief ring every 30 seconds.
When a call is on hold, you can use the Programmable Feature Keys or the

Deskset Menu to access other functions.
When a call is on hold, you can also press:

2. To take the call off hold, display the call on screen and then press SELECT, or press
the associated Call Appearance key.
