The Deskset screen displays one call at a time. You can access each call by pressing a Call Appearance or Line Appearance key.

    UTGOING ALLS The SB67020 Deskset provides several methods for making a call. If you are in Idle mode or have calls on hold, you can predial a phone number and then go off hook to call the number. You can make a call at any time by choosing an off-hook method, then dialing a number.
