INSTALLATION OF INJECTION PUMP

1.
INSTALL INJECTION PUMP
(a)
lnstall a new O-ring to the injection pump
flange.
(b)
Align the
spline. toothless portions
of the
injection
pymp and injection pump drive gear, and install the
injection pump.
(c)
Align the matchmark
of the injection pump flange
and
timing
gear
case.
(d)
lnstall the injection pump
with
the two
nuts.
Torque:
185 kg-cm (13 ft_lb, 1g N.ml
(e)
lnstall the injection pump stay
with
the four
bolts.
Torque:
185 kg-cm (13 ft-tb, 18
N.m)
