BOILER CONNECTIONS
ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNAL HOT WATER
RETURN PIPE TO THE BOILER
Using the boiler packagi ng as protection
t urn the boiler on Us l eft hand si de to
facilitate assembly of the hot water return
pipe.
• 1. Move the control panel into the service
position by removing the screw (A) from the
retaining bracket.
• 2. Loooon
the two
mlaining &Crews (8)
to

1he back clamp;ng plate on the hydowlic block
(C) shown ;, 3.
• 3. Remove the
brass
bung assembly (0) from
1he hychulic block by removing the screw and
sliding ;t free hom the flange on 1he clamping
plate (C). Make
sure
that the other brass
bung assembly (E) ;s tetained ;n place.
• 4. Remove the"""""' p;pe (F) ftom the
Opt;onollntegml DWenet Val\e Kft and feed the
flat
end
of the
pipe
through the ,..., of 1he b<ilet
as shown. BeiOI'e flting the pipe, check that the
seal is in position on the plastic moUding. Side
1he flat end of the p;pe (G) undet the flange (H)
on
the
hydraulic bloc* damping plate (C)
making sure that
it is
located c:orrecdy.
• Re·tighten
the
d~
plate by re•tightening
