MAIN RUN SCREEN ______________________________________________

The main run screen will give the operator all the information he
needs to operate the machine, it should not require any operator in-
put to view standard data whilst using the mower.
If any error presents itself whilst the operator has
navigated away from this screen, it should instantly
return to this screen.
When a button is pressed a bar will appear at the
bottom of the screen to give further options.
Buttons numbered left to right.
Button 1: Screen Brightness and Contrast
Button 2: Up Arrow (Changes time, from hour meter to
time of day)
Button 3: Down Arrow (Changes time, from time of day
to hour meter)
Button 4: Will enter the menu structure.
If no further button is pressed the button bar will disappear after a few seconds.
Symbol
Description
The fuel sensor controls the left hand bar graph on the main screen,
Once the fuel level has dropped below the 25% level the icon below will start to flash.
When only the last two units are left a larger icon will replace the central icons and flash and the red
LED's will flash five times every five seconds.
The water temperature sensor controls the right hand bar graph on the main screen. The bar graph has
four segments, at normal operating temperature that is 85° C the bar graph will be two units above
centre.
If the temperature rises to 110°C then both RED LED's will start flashing and a larger temperature symbol
will replace the central icons and flash. The buzzer will be sounded twice every four seconds. If the
Blades are running they will stop and the lift lower function will be inhibited. At 115°C the engine will shut
down.
The Parking brake icon is for indication purposes only. When the icon is shown the parking brake is
engaged. If the operator leaves the seat without applying the parking brake it will engage after three
seconds.
Indicates condition of the PTO
This will not trigger a fault until the hydraulic oil has reached operating temperature. If the charge filter
becomes blocked the icon will be shown, and the RED LED's will flash at a rate of a one second flash
every five seconds. The buzzer will be sounded at the same rate for 1second every 5 seconds
If the engine oil pressure drops, this will activate the oil pressure icon on the display, if the engine is
running, i.e. Alternator voltage is seen, then after five seconds BOTH RED LED's will start flashing and a
larger icon will replace the central icons and flash. This will also trigger the buzzer once every four
seconds. If the engine is running then the fault will be logged, information stored is:
1.Low Engine Oil Pressure, 2.Date, 3.Time, 4.Engine Hours, 5.Length of time engine continued to run
after fault arose.
The Hour meter will be shown, and the hours will be number of running engine hours.
