QUICK OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS
CLOCK
- Press: CLOCK
To set time of day
- Adjust time of day with: UP/DOWN ARROWS
- Clock will start in 5 seconds
KITCHEN TIMER
- Press: TIMER
- Adjust time with UP/DOWN ARROWS
Note: Any other
function can still be
- Timer will start after 5 seconds
- To cancel after countdown, Press: TIMER
set while timer is
operating.
BAKE
- PUSH & turn SELECTOR knob to desired bake temperature
- Baking will start in 5 seconds
- Turn to OFF when cooking is finished
BROIL
- PUSH & turn SELECTOR knob to BROIL
- Broiling will start in 5 seconds
- Turn knob to OFF when cooking is finished
CONVECTION BAKE
- PUSH & turn SELECTOR knob to desired temperature
OR CONVECTION
ROAST
- Press CONVECTION button once for CONVECTION BAKE
- Press CONVECTION button twice for CONVECTION ROAST
- Cooking starts in 5 seconds
- Turn to OFF when cooking is finished
TIMED OVEN
- PUSH & turn SELECTOR knob to desired temperature
COOKING
- Press COOK TIME button
- Press UP/DOWN ARROW buttons to desired cooking time
- Press START TIME button
- Press UP/DOWN ARROW buttons to desired start time
- Turn to OFF when cooking is finished
SELF CLEAN NOW
- Slide the latch handle to the right
- PUSH & turn SELECTOR knob to CLEAN
- Press the UP ARROW to display 0:00
- Press the UP ARROW to desired clean time (i.e. 3:00)
- After cleaning, turn SELECTOR knob to OFF
- Allow to cool, and slide latch handle to the left
SELF-CLEAN LATER
- Slide the latch handle to the right
- PUSH & turn SELECTOR knob to CLEAN
- Press the UP ARROW to display 0:00
- Press the UP ARROW to desired clean time (i.e. 4:00)
- Press the START TIME button
- Press the UP/DOWN ARROW buttons to the desired start
- After cleaning, turn SELECTOR knob to OFF
- Allow to cool, and slide the latch handle to the left
OVEN TOO HOT OR
- Press & hold UP & DOWN ARROW buttons at the same
TOO COLD
- Press UP ARROW button to increase oven temperature
- Press DOWN ARROW button to decrease temperature

CAUTION: When the oven is on, the oven door and other surfaces will be hot. Keep children away from stove.

NOTES
OVEN CONTROL CENTRE:
– Ensure Clock is set to correct time of day
before selecting any timed operation.
– OFF will clear any oven setting.
SELF CLEANING:
– Wipe up excess grease or spillage before
setting controls.
– When self-clean cycle is over, let oven
cool an extra 30 minutes before swinging
the door latch to the left and opening the
door.
NOTES
- Reset clock if time is flashing after power failure
- Press UP/DOWN ARROWS for 1 minutes increments
- Press & hold UP/DOWN ARROWS for 10 minute
increments
- For times less than 1 hours, display shows minutes &
seconds
- To cancel during countdown, press DOWN ARROW
until 0:00 is displayed
- "OVEN ON" indicator will flash during pre-heat
- During baking, turn SELECTOR knob to increase or
decrease baking temperature
- "Brl" will be displayed
- "OVEN ON" indicator will come on
- Indicator light will come on
- Indicator light will come on
- Press CONVECTION button if convection baking is
required
- Oven will come on at 4:00 and cook for 3 hours at
375˚, and shut-off at 7:00
- Before cleaning, read the cleaning instructions
- Must be turned from OFF
- Turn to OFF to CANCEL during cleaning
- Before cleaning, read the cleaning instructions

- Cleaning will start at 7:00 and stop at 11:00
- Turn to OFF to CANCEL during cleaning
- Use this feature if you think your oven is too hot or
too cold
- This adjustment will stay in memory
