Problems Specific to Your Network Environment

NetWare Environment
Nothing prints even though clients can complete sending data
to the printer.
Cause
Clients may not be
registered, or the Internal
Print Server may not be
logged in to the NetWare
server.
EpsonNet WinAssist will not start correctly
Cause
Microsoft NetWare
Directory Service is installed
in your computer.
It takes long time to start EpsonNet WinAssist.
Cause
Novell Client service is
installed.
What to do
Make sure clients are registered as
users of the print queue and the print
server. Also, make sure the Internal
Print Server is logged in to the
NetWare server. If you need more
information about Print Server mode
or Remote Printer mode, see
"Introduction to NetWare Settings"
on page 3-2 or your NetWare manual.
What to do
If you are using NDS service, use
Novell NetWare Client.
What to do
Double-click Network in the Control
Panel, then the network adapter used.
Clear the items related to IPX to
unbind IPX.
