Other Settings for Receiving
G3 ECM for Receiving
ECM function enables error-free receiving for G3 mode, as long as the other fax
machine is also set up for ECM operation.
However, if the line quality is poor, image reception can take an extended period of
time. In such a case, use the following procedure to turn off ECM.
1. Press FUNCTION.
2. Press
3. Press START/COPY, then use

5. Press START/COPY.
6. Press STOP to return to standby mode.
