802.11b Interface Unit Type A

Important
❒ Before handling the 802.11b inter-
face unit, ground yourself by
touching something metal to dis-
charge any static electricity. Static
electricity can damage the 802.11b
interface unit
❒ Do not subject the 802.11b interface
unit to physical shocks.
Limitation
❒ The 802.11b interface unit and
Ethernet interface cannot be used
at the same time.
❒ If problems occur with printing
due to of poor radio reception,
connect an external antenna.

Check the contents of the box.

Turn off the power, and then un-
plug the power cable and inter-
face cable.

Slowly open the front cover of the
printer, remove the green screw-
driver, and then close the cover.

Remove the two screws fastening
the controller board to the back of
the printer using the provided
screwdriver.

later to fasten the controller board.
