Specifies the cadence, in milliseconds, of pattern ID 2, described in the
LSSGR, GR-506-CORE, "Signaling for Analog Interfaces" section 14,
using up to 8 whole numbers (on 1, off 1, on 2, off 2...) separated by
commas.
0–5000 (0: Infinite time)
Note
Avoid setting 1–50 for any of the values.
