Specifies whether the unit's hold tone or the network server's hold tone
(Music on hold) is played when a party is put on hold.
Note
It is necessary to set the following parameters to play the unit's
hold tone.

0: The unit's hold tone is played.
1: The network server's hold tone (Music on hold) is played.
