6.- Basic Functions

The basic functions of the DTR 7287 adaptor that you can use while you are watching TV programs or listening to terrestrial
radio stations are described below.
While you watch TV, you may obtain onscreen information on the current event by pressing the INFO button on the remote
control command.
If you press this button again, while the window is still enabled, you will be shown information on the next event to be
broadcast (if the information is available).

6.1.- Channel selection

If you wish to select a channel, use the
P+/P- buttons on the remote control command, or the number buttons.
In addition to this normal function, the adaptor provides an easier-to-use
program switching function.
While you watch TV, press the OK button on the remote control command.
A list of programs will appear on the screen.
To select a channel, move through this menu, using the P+/P- buttons and
select the desired program. Press the OK button to see the program you
have chosen.
6.2.- TV/Radio Mode
While you are viewing a TV program, press the TV/
control command to switch between TV and Radio modes. You will switch
over to listening to a memorized radio station.
6.3.- Volume Control
Volume control
- To raise or lower the Volume, use the remote control command V+/V-
buttons.
Note: The adaptor has 16 volume levels. The volume may also be
controlled by using the volume control on your TV set.
Mute
- To suppress sound, press the MUTE button on your remote control
command.
To return to sound, simply press this button again.
