Transmit Flow Control
Thresholds. This command
allows the DTE to determine
the input buffer size in the
DCE for data on circuit 103
from the DTE, to control the
thresholds used for flow
control of such data.
The DCE shall transmit a
string of information to the
DTE consisting of : ITF: (list of
supported <off> values>),(list
of supported <on> values.
