system. ('nn' is a Fujitsu unique code (00 to FF)
microcode was detected.

• 80: An undefined Unit Check condition was
detected.
• 81: A3 abnormal during sense creation.
• 90: An unexpected sequence step was detected in
the bus sequence.
• 91: An error occurred on the SCSI bus.
• A0: A Native internal command was issued in
duplicate.
• A1: ECC logging overflow
• A2: A contradiction occurred in the Sequence table
value during Read retry.
• A4: The target position of an internal seek command
was illegal.
• A5: The Format command was issued in duplicate.
• A6: The transfer byte count specified in DE
contradicts the FMT recognition.
• A7: The USP stack pointer's value is abnormal.
• B0: A contradiction occurred in the defect
management table.
