Yes
Go to C (page 3-5)
Is a voltage of 12V
input to 1-pin of CN1001 on the
MDR-19 board?
Yes
Are CN1001,
FB1004, FB1005, TH1001,
TH1002, IC1001, IC1002 and IC1003
on the MDR-19 board
correctly soldered?
Yes
Replace the MDR-19 board.
