Is 23-pin of the
flexible flat cable (FA1)
correctly connected?
Yes
Check the signal around the
connector, then replace the MDR-20
board or FA1.
Tilt operation is not
smooth.
Does the unit
move smoothly when it is
moved in pan direction (right and left)
by hand in the state of
power off?
Yes
After readjusting
the pan and tilt, does the tilt
operate smoothly?
Yes
Normal
No
Connect 23-pin of FA1
correctly.
No
Reassemble the unit.
No
Replace the tilt motor.
