1-4-4. CD-400 Board
1. Remove the front cover. (Refer to Section 1-2-1)
2. Remove the upper cover and lower cover. (Refer to
Section 1-2-2)
3. Remove the pan cover (F) and pan cover (B). (Refer to
Section 1-2-3)
4. Remove the pan cover (R) and pan cover (L). (Refer to
Section 1-2-4)
5. Remove the camera block. (Refer to Section 1-3-1)
6. Remove the lens block (Refer to Section 1-3-2)
7. Remove the two screws, then remove the CD-400

board.

8. Disconnect one flexible flat cable from one connector
on the CD-400 board.
9. Remove the optical filter and seal rubber from the
CCD on the CD-400 board.

10. Remove the solders from the CD-400 board, then
remove the CCD and CCD holder.

11. Install the CD-400 board in the reverse order of steps 1
to 10.

When replacing the SY-303 board, remove the old MAC
address label affixed to the bottom of the unit and replace
with the new one. For details, refer to "2-5. Procedure for
SY-303 Board Replacement".
1. Remove the four screws, then remove the base plate
assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow A.
2. Remove the two hooks in the direction indicated by
the arrow B using a flat screwdriver tip from the
bottom of the main unit, then remove the base
escutcheon in the direction indicated by the arrow C.
