Problem description: Application software indicates that the filter has not been
identified
Cause: The last absolute white calibration has not been
performed as prescribed.
Remedy: Perform a reset with the NO filter on white reference (see
chap. 3.4.3).
- If the above measures are unable to restore normal operating conditions,
it is necessary to contact your local GretagMacbeth support service
immediately. Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the device.
