Notes:
– SATA is the acronym for Serial Advanced Technology Attachment.
– SAS stands for Serial Attached SCSI (SCSI is the acronym for Small Computer System Interface).
– You can install SATA hard disk drives, SAS hard disk drives, and solid-state drives into the same server.

Notes:
• If your server has two DisplayPort connectors, they cannot be enabled at the same time.
• If you use a video graphics array (VGA) monitor, it is recommended that you purchase a compatible
DisplayPort to VGA adapter from Lenovo.

Video subsystem
An integrated graphics controller is available in your server to support the DisplayPort connectors for
connecting video devices. The integrated graphics controller is located in the Baseboard Management
Controller (BMC) chip on the system board.
