The Peripherals Menu

Notice the pointer icon next to the words Integrated Peripherals. This indicates the presence
of a submenu.
The following settings are available in the Peripherals Menu screen of the BIOS Setup
Program (Figure 2-3).

Sets the following port addresses and
modes:
Serial Port
Infrared Port
Parallel Mode
Sets the Video mode
Allows simultaneous viewing of
externally connected monitor (CRT)
and the notebook's LCD display.
Allows viewing of the notebook's LCD
only.
Allows viewing of the CRT only.
Connecting a mouse to the serial port
will disable the Touch Pad.
