Unscrew the piston stop. Fit the key over the flywheel
using the two M5 bolts. Centre the key, tighten the M5
bolts and screw in the puller. Remove the flywheel.
Assembly
Remove the key from the flywheel. Check that the starter
lugs move freely, that they are not worn or damaged and
that the return springs provide the required tension.
Replace if necessary.
Place the key in the slot in the crankshaft. Line up the
slot in the flywheel with the key.
Screw the piston plug into the cylinder. Place the washer
and nut on the flywheel. Tighten the nut (clockwise). Bolt
torque: 24-29 Nm. Remove the piston stop.
