FUSES/OUTPUT TERMINAL

FUSES

The fuses are located inside the left frame
cover. They are designed to open when an
overload exists in individual electrical sys ­
tem
circuits.
If any electrical system fails to
operate
,
then the fuses must be checked.

Installing
a
fuse
of
incorrect
rating
or using
alu­
minum
foil
or wire instead of
a
fuse
may
seri­
ously
damage
the electJical system.
Always
replace
a
blown
fuse with a
fuse
of
the
same
type
and
rating.
If
the
new fuse
blows
in
a
short
time,
consult your
SUZUKI
dealer or
a
qualified mechanic
immediately.
FUSE LIST
OUTPUT TERMINAL
10A HEAD fuse protects the headlight,
high beam indicator light and speedome ­
ter.
• 10A SIGNAL fuse
protects
position
light,
brake
light,
neutral indicator light, oil
pressure indicator light and horn.
• 10A IGN ITION fuse protects the ignition
system, side stand relay and fuel pump.
• 25A MAIN fuse protects regulator/recti ­
fier,
decomp solenoid
,
taillight, licence
An output terminal Is provided for attaching
light,
turn signal light and turn signal indi ­
electrical accessories. To attach an electri­
