SYMPTOM
CAUSE
No sound
• Not turned on
• Dead battery
• Battery door will not close
• Blocked earmould or tube
• Blocked wax filter

POSSIBLE REMEDY
• Turn on by closing the battery door
• Replace battery
• Insert battery properly
• Clean earmould or tube
• Replace wax filter or consult your hearing care professional
