Left Handlebar Controls

Turn Signal Switch (3)

The turn signal switch activates and cancels the turn signals. To
activate the left turn signals, push the switch to the left; to activate
the right turn signals, push the switch to the right. To cancel the
turn signals, push the switch in toward the housing when in the
centered position.

Horn Button (4)

To sound the horn, press the horn button.
Clutch Lever (5)
To disengage the clutch, pull the clutch lever toward the handlebar.
To engage the clutch, gradually release the clutch lever. For smooth
clutch operation, pull the lever quickly and release it gradually.
The motorcycle is equipped with a clutch interlock
Notice
switch that prevents the engine from starting when the transmission is
in gear and the clutch is engaged (see page 64).
