4.3.5 Installing the LCD Monitor

1. Solder the lead wire coming from the CA2 board to the CA1 board.

2. Stick "Heat Sink Rubber A" to CA1 board.
NOTE: When sticking the Rubber A, stick it along with the exterior frame
and edges of the connector.

3. Stick "Heat Sink A" to "Heat Sink Rubber A".
4. Connect the FPC of LCD to the connector on the CA2 board. Install the
LCD to "Holder Monitor ".
5. Connect the back light harness of LCD to the connector on the PW1 board
and lead the harness to the arrowed direction in the figure.
Harness should not
hang down the board.
PW1 Board
NOTE: The purpose of forming the harness is not to pinch the harness
with the Holder CF.
6. Form the harness of buzzer under the SY1 board.
Assembly Procedure
These wires should not be located higher than the
connector.Pull them to the arrowed direction and
take in the slack of wires.
Slack off on a wire around the
corner. This wire should be
lower than the Holder CF.
