4.3 Assembly Procedure

4.3.1 Assembling the Lens Assembly

1. Make sure that there is no dust or scar on the surface of the filter. If
necessary, sweep with a cloth damped with diluted alcohol and install the
filter into the holder of ASSY lens.
2. Put the spacer.
3. Remove the protection sheet of the CCD and sweep with a cloth damped
with diluted alcohol and install the CCD along with the guide rib of the
holder.
4. Install the mounting lens matching with the guide rib of the holder.
5. Install the insulator matching with the boss guide of the holder.
6. After installing the CA1 (7) to the guide boss of the holder and the terminal
of CCD, fix the holder with 2 screws (2x6). (Tightening torque; 2.0
2.5kgf-cm)
7. Fix the mounting lens with 1 screw. (Tightening torque; 1.5
8. Solder the CCD to the CA1 board.
9. Insert the FPC of lens into the connector of CA1 board.
10. Solder the lead wire JW905 to the CA1 board.

Since the direction of the filter to install is determined, be
careful not to install in the wrong direction.

When handling the filter, it is recommended to use the
plastic tweezer in order to prevent the filter from getting
dust or scar.
