5.2 Sent Items
A list of all sent messages is kept in the Sent Items screen. To view these at any time, click this click
Messages ‐> Sent Messages.
NOTE: The Sent Messages menu is not available if running the Telephone Router in "Distributed
Mode".
1. Double click on any message to view all of its details such as the status or error information.

detached. If you have a dual monitor setup the detached window can be maximized on one
screen while other programs can be opened in the other screen.
3. Various icons will be shown under the Status column. This is the meaning for each icon.

‐ This message has been dispatched
‐ This message is queued
‐ Sending of this message failed
‐ This message has been sent
NOTE: A maximum of 20 completed messages per user are shown in the Sent Messages screen.
