3.11 Common Settings
To administer global common settings, click Input Lines ‐> Common Settings.
Country Register – Select the country where the Telephone Router is installed. This will ensure the unit
correctly operates when connected to other equipment and that it complies with local regulatory
requirements.
IVR Timeout – This field refers to the timeout of an active call if no input is made within x seconds.
NOTE: If no key is pressed within this Timeout value at the "Enter Message" prompt, a blank or
"Tone Only" message will be sent to the recipient.
Answer Rings – The number of rings the Telephone Router will ring for before answering an incoming
call.
